David E. Hawkins

David, founder of Midas Projects, created the CRAFT programme and relationship management methodology, which formed the basis for BS 11000, the world’s first national standard for collaborative business relationships (2010). He chaired the International Standards committee that developed ISO 44001 (2017) and continues to serve as chair of the ISO Technical Committee for ISO 44001 to this day.

With over 40 years of experience in project management, contract management, and procurement across construction and manufacturing industries globally, David has gained extensive insights into organizational and cultural challenges in international projects.

A champion of collaborative concepts and extended enterprises, David is an accomplished author, facilitator, and trainer. He is dedicated to sharing his expertise to help organizations enhance their collaborative capabilities and build successful alliances.
